At Lawrence International School, we believe that early childhood is the most important stage in a child’s life, as it shapes their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development. With this belief, the school organizes a variety of joyful, creative, and meaningful activities throughout the academic year to make learning engaging and enjoyable for our young learners. These activities are carefully designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, and overall development. Students participate in numerous creative and fun-filled activities such as Rakhi making, pool activities, sandwich making, card making for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, Teacher’s Day colouring competitions, and sports meets. These activities help children explore their talents while building confidence and enthusiasm for learning. The school also celebrates seasonal and national festivals with great excitement, including Baisakhi, Janmashtami, Independence Day, Diwali (Diya decoration and Rangoli making), Dussehra, Children’s Day, Christmas, and Lohri. These celebrations help students understand cultural traditions and develop a sense of community and belonging. Special events such as fancy dress competitions, show-and-tell sessions, fireless cooking activities, vegetable printing, and Dandiya dance during Navratri further enhance children’s communication skills, creativity, and self-confidence.
